I can imagine the two teams contemplating what type of villain to create and then strategizing the best hero to take on.
Team 1: "Well, we should go after the Flash. He's kind of isolated in the Midwest. There's nobody that could help him."
Team2: "We opted to take out Booster Gold. Sure, he's not a marquee hero,but it's a guaranteed win. If we take on someone too tough, we risk notwinning at all."
