Your stereotypical villian of the 1980s and 1990s

My vote for 80s/90s villain: The X-Men's Mr. Sinister.
He's got that wierd "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" look. He's got those goofy things popping up out of his shoulders. And his name has an 80's hair band ring to it.
In other words he's all about "appearance" with nothing interesting to back him up as a character, just like the majority of the 1980s-90s.
